My aunt's husband (Bassam Abu Aisha - Abu Momen) is a martyr who passed away hoping for a livelihood with determination and resolve, but death came to him on the path of misery. He is a martyr who strove, never retreating a step, for the sake of the children in the house, he became a breath of life. O Lord of the servants, have mercy on him and honor his abode, for he was nothing but a striving, pushing away the impossible.

مضى يرجو الرزق في عزمٍ وهمَّةِ،
فوافتهُ المنيَّةُ في دربِ الشَّقا.
هو شهيدٌ سعى، ما تراجعَ خطوةً،
لأجلِ أطفالٍ في البيتِ، أضحى رمقا.
يا ربَّ العبادِ، ارحمهُ وأكرمْ نزلَه،
فما كانَ إلا ساعيًا، يدفعُ المستحيلا.
