Ministry of Justice receives new Undersecretary, Counselor Ahmed Al-HattaGaza - Ministry of JusticeToday, the Ministry of Justice received its new Undersecretary, Counselor Ahmed Al-Hatta, succeeding its former Undersecretary, Counselor Dr. Mohammed Al-Nahhal. In a speech before all directors of departments and units at the Ministry, Al-Hatta stressed that God’s law in this world is the competition between people, stressing that he will follow in the legacy of those who came before, whether ministers or former undersecretaries, and that it is impossible to do anything but build on this path. He said that the Ministry of Justice represents an important pillar of the judicial system and plays its important role in Palestinian society to enhance the value of justice and provide great services to the Palestinian people. He also praised the roles of every employee in the Ministry, regardless of their position or rank, noting that they have accumulated strong experiences and expertise in building this institution, indicating his pride in their presence and what they provide. The former head of the Ministry, A. Hassan Murtaja stated that the ministry has worked throughout successive governments to establish legal principles and develop the ministry's work steadily. It's worth noting that Counselor Al-Hatta previously served as Dean of the Rabat Palestinian Police College and holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and Police Sciences from Mutah University in Jordan and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the Islamic University.

العدل تستقبل وكيل الوزارة الجديد المستشار أحمد الحتةغزة- وزارة العدلاستقبلت اليوم وزارة العدل وكيلها الجديد المستشار أ. أحمد الحتة خلفاً لوكيلها السابق المستشار د. محمد النحال.وأكد الحتة في كلمة له أمام عموم مدراء الإدارات والوحدات بالوزارة أن سنة الله في هذه الدنيا هي التدافع بين البشر، مؤكداً على أنه سيسير على إرث من سبق سواء من وزراء أو وكلاء سابقين وأنه لا يمكن إلا البناء على هذه الطريق.وقال أن وزارة العدالة تمثل ركناً هاماً من أركان المنظومة العدلية وهي تلعب دورها الهام في المجتمع الفلسطيني لتعزيز قيمة العدالة وتقديم الخدمات الجليلة للشعب الفلسطيني.كما ثمن أدوار كل موظف بالوزارة أيا كان منصبه ودرجته مشيراً إلى أنهم راكموا تجارب وخبرات قوية في بناء هذه المؤسسة، مشيراً إلى اعتزازه بوجودهم وبما يقدمون.وأكد مسير الوزارة السابق أ. حسن مرتجى أن الوزارة عملت على مدى تعاقب الحكومات السابقة على إرساء مبادئ القانون وعلى تطوير العمل بالوزارة بانتظام.جدير بالذكر أن المستشار الحتة شغل منصب عميد كلية الرباط للشرطة الفلسطينية سابقاً وحاصل على درجة البكالوريوس بالقانون والعلوم الشرطية من جامعة مؤتة بالأردن ودرجة الماجستير بإدارة الموارد البشرية بالجامعة الإسلامية.
