Fereshteh Bagheri was a journalist and the daughter of Sardar Mohammad Bagheri and the niece of Sardar Hassan Bagheri. Her father and uncle were among the most important military commanders of Iran who played a major role in the war and in defending Iran during the Iraqi invasion. Fereshteh Bagheri lived a simple and unpretentious life and was known for her kindness.
