Farewell, noble man... With hearts filled with pain, we bid farewell today to Professor Awda Al-Amur "Abu Muhammad", who was martyred after his home in the Al-Amur neighborhood in Al-Fakhari town, east of Khan Yunis, was targeted. A man like no other has departed from us. The conscious intellectual has departed, the man of words and stances, and the unforgettable mark in every field of social and national work. He never hesitated to serve the people, he was present in every issue, the first to do good, and the owner of a big heart. Abu Muhammad, you were a social man par excellence, sincere in your giving, noble in your morals, generous in your feelings, and you were always the voice of reason and wisdom in a time of confusion. May God have mercy on you, O you who lived for the people, and departed for them. To God we belong and to Him we shall return.

وداعاً أيها الرجل النبيل...بقلوبٍ يعتصرها الألم، نودّع اليوم الأستاذ عودة العمور "أبو محمد"، الذي ارتقى شهيداً بعد استهداف منزله في حي العمور ببلدة الفخاري شرق خان يونس.رحل عنا رجلٌ ليس كغيره، رحل المثقف الواعي، صاحب الكلمة والموقف، والبصمة التي لا تُنسى في كل ميدان من ميادين العمل الاجتماعي والوطني.لم يتوانَ يوماً عن خدمة الناس، كان حاضراً في كل قضية، سبّاقاً لفعل الخير، وصاحب القلب الكبير.أبو محمد، كنتَ رجلاً اجتماعياً بامتياز، مخلصاً في عطائك، نبيلاً في أخلاقك، كريماً في مشاعرك، وكنتَ دوماً صوت العقل والحكمة في زمن التيه.رحمك الله يا من عشت من أجل الناس، ورحلت من أجلهم.إنا لله وإنا إليه راجعون.
