Mousavi Chelak also said during his visit to the Qasr Shirin Welfare Building: The Qasr Shirin Welfare Administration has been temporarily established in another location and Debris removal and preparations for the reconstruction of the center are underway. At least one person (Faramarz Hazrati, a welfare worker) and one of the center's workers were martyred in the Israeli attack on the Qasr Shirin welfare center.

سید حسن موسوی چلک افزود : حمله‌ی وحشیانه‌ی رژیم صهیونیستی به مرکز بهزیستی قصرشیرین را حمله آشکار به انسانیت دانست و گفت: در جامعه‌ی جهانی این موج از حملات محکوم است و مراحل مستندسازی و پیگیری حقوقی بین‌المللی آن با جدیت در حال پیگیریست
قائم مقام سازمان بهزیستی کشور ضمن گرامیداشت یاد شهدا و تجلیل از جانبازان اقتدار و امنیت کشور تاکید کرد: بر اساس ماده ۱۸ کنوانسیون چهارم ژنو، حمله به مراکز خدمات درمانی، مراقبتی و اجتماعی برای کودک، سالمند و معلول مطلقا ممنوع است و این حمله، کاملاً نقض صریح همان معاهدات است و هیچ توجیهی ندارد
موسوی چلک همچنین در بازدید از ساختمان بهزیستی قصرشیرین گفت: اداره‌ی بهزیستی قصرشیرین به طور موقت در محل دیگری برقرار شده و آواربرداری و مقدمات ساخت مجدد مرکز در جریان است
در حمله اسرائیل به بهزیستی قصرشیرین دست‌کم یک نفر (فرامرز حضرتی مددکار بهزیستی) شهید و یک نفر از مددکاران این مرکز جانباز شدند
