Dar Al-Arqam School is an educational institution in Gaza City. It provides services to orphans, children of prisoners and martyrs, and some people with disabilities.[1] Destroyed in April 2025

A school in Gaza City founded by Hamas founder Ahmed Yassin, located on Jaffa Street, near the Al-Mahatta Mosque.[1]

The school was partially destroyed in September 2005 in an Israeli Air Force airstrike in response to Palestinian rocket attacks on Israel.[2][3]

Dar al-Arqam School Massacre [edit]
During Israel's war of extermination against the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, and after it resumed fighting and broke the ceasefire agreement on March 19, 2025, the Israeli Air Force attacked the school and its displaced residents with an airstrike on April 3, 2025, killing 31 Palestinians and wounding dozens more.[4]

The school was later evacuated immediately after an Israeli warning of a possible bombing. It was bombed with approximately seven airstrikes, preventing the recovery of all the wounded and dead from the rubble.

مدرسة دار الأرقم هي مؤسسة تربوية تعليمية مدرسية في مدينة غزة، تقدم خدماتها للأيتام وأبناء الأسرى والشهداء وبعض حالات ذوي الإعاقة.[1] دُمرت في أبريل 2025

التاريخ[عدل]
مدرسة في مدينة غزة أسسها مؤسس حماس أحمد ياسين، ويقع مقرها في شارع يافا، قرب مسجد المحطة.[1]

تعرضت المدرسة في سبتمبر 2005 إلى تدمير جزئي في غارة جوية نفذها سلاح الجو الإسرائيلي رداً على الهجمات الصاروخية الفلسطينية على إسرائيل.[2][3]

مجزرة مدرسة دار الأرقم[عدل]
خلال حرب الإبادة التي تشنها إسرائيل ضد قطاع غزة منذ 7 أكتوبر 2023، وبعد استئنافها القتال وكسرها اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار في 19 مارس 2025، هاجم سلاح الجو الإسرائيلي المدرسة ومن فيها من نازحين بغارة جوية وقتل 31 فلسطينيًا وأصاب العشرات في 3 أبريل 2025.[4]

لاحقًا أخليت المدرسة على الفور بعد إنذار إسرائيلي بقصف المدرسة. تعرضت للقصف بما يقارب 7 صواريخ جوية ؛ مما حال من القدرة على انتشال المصابين والشهداء كافة من تحت الأنقا
