Allah is sufficient for me, and He is the best disposer of affairs. May Allah reward you greatly. Yasmeen Awny, shying away from the blood of the martyrs of my family and my nation, and the martyrs of our people, who are more honorable than all of us. But this is Allah's way in life. By Allah's grace and generosity, my engagement to the honorable and chaste woman, the one I have chosen in religion and morals, the daughter of the martyr "Abu Attia Abu Arab", has taken place.

استشهدت عيلته اول الحرب
وقبل شهر خطب على استحياء من دماء الشهداء
الآن يودع خطيبته ملاك ابو عرب بعد استشهادها
حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل عظم الله اجركم Yasmeen Awny عَلى اسْتحياءٍ مِنْ دِماءِ شُهداءِ أهْلِي وَعَائِلتِي وشُهدَاءِ شَعبِنَا الأَكرَمُ مِنَّا جَمِيعَاً ، ولكِنْ هَذِه سُنةُ اللَّهِ فِي الحَيَاة ، بِفَضلِ اللهِ وَكَرمِهِ تَمَّت خُطوبتي مِنْ صَاحِبةِ الصَّونِ والعَفَاف ومْنّ إِرْتضْيتُها ديناً وَ خُلُقَن إِبنة الشهيد " أبو عطية أبو عرب"
، فَاسأَلُ اللهَ العَلِي القَدِير أَنْ يُبَارِكَ لِي فِيهَا وأَنْ يُعَوِّضَني خَيْرَ العِوَض
