In mid 2025 the United Nations released a major report examining violations of international human rights law, international humanitarian law, and possible international crimes relating to attacks by the Israeli military against educational facilities and religious and cultural sites in the occupied Palestinian territories

The report references Airwars’ assessments of a declared Israeli strike on the Al Tabi’een School Mosque, which was struck on August 10, 2024.

“According to Airwars, an organization monitoring civilian harm in conflicts, three of the names published by Israeli security forces had already been announced as killed in earlier attacks.”
