The General Secretariat of the Palestinian Democratic Youth Union mourns the martyred comrade Mahmoud Al-Shaer, who was martyred in the Al-Mawasi massacre in Khan Yunis.
The Palestinian Democratic Youth Union, along with the masses of our people and the free people of the world, mourns the martyred comrade Mahmoud Fawzi Al-Shaer (18 years old), who was martyred in the horrific Al-Mawasi massacre in Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip, at dawn today. This massacre claimed the lives of more than 100 martyrs, wounded, and a number of missing persons.
The martyred comrade Mahmoud Al-Shaer, from Rafah Governorate, was martyred in the tents of the displaced in the Al-Mawasi area of Khan Yunis, in an area that the fascist occupation government claims is a "safe humanitarian zone."
We commend the virtues of the martyr Mahmoud Al-Shaer, who was martyred alongside dozens of our Palestinian people. Al-Shaer persevered in his tireless work within the ranks of the Union and in student activities in schools in Rafah Governorate, and was courageous in serving his people. As we bid farewell to a new martyr who joins the ranks of his fellow martyrs, we, at the General Secretariat of the Palestinian Democratic Youth Union (PDUY), affirm our commitment to continuing the path of struggle and resistance in all its forms until we achieve our goals of return, freedom, and independence.

السكرتاريا العامة لأشد تنعى الش-هيد الرفيق محمود الشاعر الذي اس-تشهد في مجزرة المواصي بخانيونس
ينعى اتحاد الشباب الديمقراطي الفلسطيني جماهير شعبنا واحرار العالم، الشهي_د الرفيق محمود فوزي الشاعر (18 عاماً) الذي استش_هد في مجز_رة المواصي المروعة بخانيونس جنوب قطاع غزة، فجر اليوم، والتي راح ضحيتها أكثر من 100 شهي_د وجريح وعدد من المفقودين.
لقد كان الرفيق الش_هيد محمود الشاعر وهو من محافظة رفح است_شهد في خيام النازحين في منطقة المواصي بخانيونس، في منطقة تدعي حكومة الاحتل_ال الفاشية أنها «منطقة إنسانية آمنة».
ونشيد بمناقب الش_هيد محمود الشاعر الذي است_شهد برفقة العشرات من أبناء شعبنا الفلسطيني؛حيث كان الش-هيد الشاعر مثابراً على العمل الدؤوب في صفوف الاتحاد والأنشطة الطلابية في مدارس محافظة رفح ومقداماً في خدمة أبناء شعبه.
كما نؤكد في السكرتاريا العامة لأشد ونحن نودع شه-يداً جديداً يلتحق بكوكبة رفاقه الش-هداء على مواصلة درب النضال والمق-اومة بكافة اشكالها حتى تحقيق اهدافنا في العودة والحرية والاستقلال.
