Alas for the dear and honorable "Mohammed Qasim Al-Kabsi" who has happily ascended to the rank of H-Y-D-A.
I remember the day he was appointed Director of the Prime Minister's Office. A friend called to congratulate him. He replied, "Congratulations. What can you say? May God help you."
May God accept our dear departed into the highest heavens.
