With deep sorrow and grief, we mourn the martyrdom of duty, Muhammad Riyad Musa, an employee of the Gaza Municipality, who ascended to heaven while performing his professional and national duty in the service of our honorable people. He was working to solve problems in the southern Al-Rimal neighborhood and was martyred on its pure land.
We ask God to accept him into heaven, to comfort the hearts of his family and relatives, and to reward him abundantly for his service to his country and people.
To God we belong and to Him we shall return.

ببالغ الحزن والأسى، ننعى شهيد الواجب محمد رياض موسى، موظف بلدية غزة، الذي ارتقى إلى العلى أثناء تأديته لواجبه المهني والوطني في خدمة أهلنا الكرام، حيث كان يعمل على حل المشكلات في حي الرمال الجنوبي واستُشهد على أرضها الطاهرة.
نسأل الله أن يتقبله في عليين، وأن يربط على قلوب أهله وذويه، وأن يجزيه خير الجزاء على ما قدّم في خدمة وطنه وشعبه.
