The story of the martyrdom of Dr. Mohammad Hossein Azizi from his colleague:

Dr. Azizi's body was found 500 meters away from the scene of the accident

Ebrahim Razmpa, secretary of the Association of Otolaryngologists and a close colleague and friend of Dr. Azizi, told Shargh that he was martyred very unjustly and was found unjustly.

On Sunday afternoon, June 15, Dr. Mohammad Hossein Azizi was talking on the phone near Tajrish Square in Tehran when an explosion suddenly occurred. His colleague, who was on the phone, could not contact him no matter how many times he called. The next day, his body was found 500 meters away from the scene of the explosion, and two days later, the body was identified. However, the body has not yet been handed over and the burial has not been held. Dr. Mohammad Hossein Azizi was born on March 15, 1953 in Fasa, Fars Province.

Ebrahim Razmpa, the secretary of the Association of Otolaryngologists and a close colleague and friend of Dr. Azizi, told Sharq that he was martyred and found to be oppressed.

He said: "Dr. Azizi was from Fasa in Fars Province. He completed his general medicine course at Shiraz University and his specialization course at Iran University of Medical Sciences. He is married and has a daughter. His daughter is a veterinary specialist living in Canada who has not been able to come to Tehran due to circumstances. No one from outside Iran can come to Tehran, nor can anyone from the city."

Razmpa, who has had a long friendship and collaboration with Dr. Azizi, while feeling resentment towards him, says that Dr. Azizi was a scholar in the field of otolaryngology. He was a historian and journalist, and had many articles. He was a member of the academic staff of the Academy of Medical Sciences and was responsible for the medical journal of this academy. For a while, he was the editor-in-chief of the "Avay Doost" magazine of the Otolaryngology Association. He was a very active and trusted person. He had an office in Tehran and also worked at Milad Hospital. He was a noble man, writer and literary figure: "I have been practicing medicine for more than 45 years and I can say that he was the most complete person in terms of morality, science and culture. The medical community has suffered a great loss."

According to him, a ceremony is scheduled to be held for him by the Association and Academy of Medical Sciences, but funeral arrangements have not yet been made."

ظهر یکشنبه ۲۵ خردادماه، دکتر «محمدحسین عزیزی» حوالی میدان تجریش تهران مشغول صحبت با تلفن بود که ناگهان انفجاری رخ داد. همکارش که پشت تلفن بود هر چه تماس گرفت دیگر نتوانست ارتباطی با او برقرار کند. روز بعد اما پیکرش را ۵۰۰ متر دورتر از محل انفجار پیدا کردند و دو روز بعدش، جسد شناسایی شد با این حال هنوز پیکر تحویل داده نشده و خاکسپاری انجام نشده است. دکتر محمدحسین عزیزی متولد ۲۵ اسفند ۱۳۳۶ فسای استان فارس بود.

ابراهیم رزم‌پا، دبیر انجمن متخصصان گوش و حلق و بینی و از همکار و دوست نزدیک دکتر عزیزی به «شرق» می‌گوید که او بسیار مظلوم شهید شد و مظلوم هم پیدا شد.

او می‌گوید: «دکتر عزیزی اهل فسا در استان فارس بود. دوره پزشکی عمومی را در دانشگاه شیراز گذرانده و دوره تخصص را در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران گذرانده بود. متاهل و دارای یک فرزند دختر است. دخترش فوق تخصص دامپزشکی ساکن کاناداست که به دلیل شرایط نتوانسته خودش را به تهران برساند. نه کسی از خارج ایران می‌تواند به تهران بیایید و نه کسی از شهرستان».

رزم‌پا که رفاقت و همکاری طولانی با دکتر عزیزی داشته در حالی که بغض راه گلویش را می‌بیندد می‌گوید که دکتر عزیزی از فرهیختگان حوزه گوش و حلق و بینی بود. مورخ و ژورنالیست بود، مقالات زیادی داشت. عضو هیات علمی فرهنگستان علوم پزشکی و مسئول مجله پزشکی این فرهنگستان بود. او مدتی سردبیر مجله «آوای دوست» انجمن گوش و حلق و بینی بود. فرد بسیار فعال و مورد اعتماد بود. در تهران مطب داشت و در بیمارستان میلاد هم فعالیت می‌کرد. او یک انسان نجیب، نویسنده و ادیب بود: «بیش از ۴۵ سال است که طبابت می‌کنم و می‌توانم بگویم که او کامل‌ترین شخص از نظر اخلاقی، علمی و فرهنگی بود. فقدان بزرگی برای جامعه پزشکی رخ داده است».

به گفته او، قرار است مراسمی از سوی انجمن و فرهنگستان علوم پزشکی برای او انجام شود اما هنوز مقدمات خاکسپاری انجام نشده است».
