A delegation from the international coalition offered condolences to the family of the martyr "Mahmoud Al-Halil Al-Shammari" in the village of Karhouk in the Hasakah countryside, expressing regret for the killing of Al-Halil as a result of an air raid carried out based on a false report from the "SDF" about the presence of ISIS elements in the area.
