A horrific massacre in a Turkish drone strike on a house in the Kobani countryside

In a dangerous escalation, a Turkish drone targeted a house in the area between the villages of Qomji and Berkh Botan, south of Kobani, killing an entire Kurdish family, including seven girls and three boys, in addition to their parents.

The martyrs whose names have been documented are:

– Ahin Othman Abdo
– Dijla Othman Abdo
– Dilovan Othman Abdo
– Yasser Othman Abdo
– Aziza Othman Abdo
– Saliha Othman Abdo
– Avista Othman Abdo
– Othman Barkal Abdo (father)
– Ghazala Othman Abdo (mother)

Ronida Othman Abdo and Narin Othman Abdo were seriously injured and taken to the hospital for treatment.

This brutal attack comes within the context of the ongoing Turkish escalation, which targets innocent civilians and exacerbates the suffering of the Syrian people, amidst a disappointing international silence.

مجزرة مروعة بقصف تركي على منزل في ريف كوباني
في تصعيد خطير، استهدفت طائرة مسيرة تركية منزلًا في المنطقة الواقعة بين قريتي “قومجي” و”برخ بوتان” جنوب كوباني، ما أسفر عن استشهاد عائلة كردية بأكملها، بينهم سبع فتيات وثلاثة صبيان، إضافة إلى الوالدين.
الشهداء الذين تم توثيق أسمائهم:
– آهين عثمان عبدو
– دجلة عثمان عبدو
– دلوفان عثمان عبدو
– ياسر عثمان عبدو
– عزيزة عثمان عبدو
– صالحة عثمان عبدو
– آفيستا عثمان عبدو
– عثمان بركل عبدو (الأب)
– غزالة عثمان عبدو (الأم)
كما أُصيبت كل من رونيدا عثمان عبدو ونارين عثمان عبدو بجروح خطيرة، وتم نقلهما إلى المشفى لتلقي العلاج.
هذا الهجوم الوحشي يأتي في سياق التصعيد التركي المستمر، والذي يستهدف المدنيين الأبرياء ويزيد من معاناة الشعب السوري، وسط صمت دولي مخيب للآمال.
