The Civil Defense in Gaza condemned a massacre committed by the Israeli army east of the city, which resulted in the killing of 11 civilians from the Abu Shaaban family, including 7 children and 3 women, after their vehicle was targeted by a tank shell. The bombing was considered a fully-fledged crime and a violation of the ceasefire agreement.

الدفاع المدني في غزة يدين مجزرة ارتكبها الجيش الإسرائيلي شرق المدينة، أسفرت عن مقتل 11 مدنياً من عائلة أبو شعبان بينهم 7 أطفال و3 نساء، بعد استهداف مركبتهم بقذيفة دبابة، واعتبر القصف جريمة مكتملة الأركان وانتهاكاً لاتفاق وقف إطلاق النار.
