Palestinian media reported that the Israeli attack in the early hours of Tuesday morning resulted in the death of Major General Mahmoud Abu Watfa, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior in Gaza, along with several members of his family. According to a breaking news report by Cairo News Channel, citing Palestinian media, the Israeli airstrike, which targeted all of Gaza's governorates, also resulted in the death of Brigadier General Bahjat Abu Sultan, head of the Internal Security Service in Gaza. The report added that Abu Omar al-Hatta, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice in Gaza, was also killed. Palestinian media further reported the deaths of Abu Ubaida al-Jamasi, a member of Hamas's political bureau, along with his family, and Issam al-Da'alis, another member of Hamas's political bureau. Earlier, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza stated that the Israeli airstrikes on the Gaza Strip in the early hours of Tuesday morning resulted in the deaths of more than 200 civilians and injuries to many others. Dozens were killed, according to initial reports, as reported by Cairo News. The Israeli occupation army launched a large-scale attack with its fighter jets on all governorates of the Gaza Strip in the early hours of Tuesday morning, declaring the end of the truce and a return to war.

ذكرت وسائل إعلام فلسطينية، أن الهجوم الإسرائيلي في الساعات الأولى من صباح اليوم الثلاثاء، أسفر عن استشهاد اللواء محمود أبو وطفة وكيل وزارة الداخلية في غزة، ومعه عدد من أفراد أسرته.استشهاد عدد من المسؤولين في قطاع غزة ووفقا لما نشرته قناة القاهرة الإخبارية في نبأ عاجل، عن وسائل إعلام فلسطينية، فإن الهجوم الجوي الإسرائيلي الذي استهدف كل محافظات غزة، أسفر كذلك عن استشهاد العميد بهجت أبو سلطان مسؤول جهاز الأمن الداخلي بغزة، مضيفة عن استشهاد أبو عمر الحتة وكيل وزارة العدل في غزةوأضافت وسائل إعلام فلسطينية، عن استشهاد أبو عبيدة الجماصي عضو المكتب السياسي لحركة حماس مع عائلته، وكذلك استشهاد عصام الدعاليس عضو المكتب السياسي لحركة حماس.وفي وقت سابق، قالت وزارة الصحة الفلسطينية بغزة، إن الغارات الإسرائيلية على قطاع غزة في الساعات الأولى من صباح اليوم الثلاثاء، تسببت في استشهاد أكثر من 200 مدني وإصابة العشرات، في حصلية أولية، وذلك وفقا لما نشرته القاهرة الإخبارية.وشن جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي في الساعات الأولى من صباح اليوم الثلاثاء، هجوما موسع بواسطة مقاتلاته على كل محافظات قطاع غزة، معلنا إنهاء الهدنة والعودة للحرب.
