Thirteen civilians, including two women and two children from the same family, were killed, and 24 others, including women and children, were injured, some critically, according to the Damascus Countryside Health Directorate. This toll resulted from an Israeli incursion, clashes with residents, and shelling of residential areas in the town of Beit Jinn in southwestern Damascus Countryside on Friday, November 28. Syrian Civil Defense emergency teams were initially unable to enter the town due to Israeli drone activity targeting any movement at the town's entrances. At 10:00 AM, the teams were able to enter the town and confirmed that no other injured individuals required transport. Meanwhile, residents are fleeing the village for fear of continued violations and escalating violence. Emergency teams evacuated several families to the neighboring town of Sa'a.

The Israeli shelling also caused damage to civilian homes and property, as well as to a mosque in the town.

استشهاد 13 مواطناً،  بينهم امرأتان وطفلان من عائلة واحدة، وإصابة 24 آخرين بينهم نساء وأطفال ويوجد بين المصابين حالات حرجة، في حصيلة غير نهائية بحسب مديرية الصحة في ريف دمشق، جراء توغل الاحتلال الإسرائيلي واشتباكه مع الأهالي وقصفه للمناطق السكنية في بلدة بيت جن في ريف دمشق الجنوبي الغربي، اليوم الجمعة 28 تشرين الثاني، ولم تستطع فرق الطوارئ في الدفاع المدني السوري الدخول إلى البلدة فوراً بسبب تحليق طيران إسرائيلي مسير واستهدفه أي تحرك على مداخل البلدة، وفي الساعة العاشرة  تمكنت فرق الطوارئ من الدخول للبلدة  وتأكدت من عدم وجود مصابين آخرين بحاجة إلى النقل، في الوقت الذي تشهد فيه القرية حركة نزوح للأهالي خوفاً من استمرار الانتهاكات وتصاعد العنف، وأخلت فرق الطوارئ عدداً من العائلات إلى بلدة سعع المجاورة.
وخلف القصف الإسرائيلي أيضاً أضراراً في منازل المدنيين وممتلكاتهم وفي مسجد في البلدة.
