Two bodies recovered this morning from the building targeted in the Israeli airstrike on Joun.

This morning, the remains of two bodies were recovered from the building targeted last night in the Israeli airstrike on the Dahra area of Joun, raising the death toll from the attack to approximately 25.

Civil Defense personnel from the Shheem and Metla centers, under the supervision of the Regional Director of Civil Defense in South Mount Lebanon, Hossam Dahrouj, and the Director of the Metla center, Ghassan Abu Daher, participated in the rescue and relief operations, which continued until this morning.

Emergency and relief teams from associations in the Iqlim al-Kharroub region also participated in transporting the wounded and the deceased to hospitals. Among the most prominent of these teams were those from the Awareness and Compassion Charitable Association in Ketermaya, the Social Association in Shheem, and the Development and Peace Association in Aanout, in addition to ambulances from other associations, assisted by numerous young people, volunteers, residents of Joun, and the municipal police.

انتشل صباح اليوم، من المبنى الذي إستهدف ليل أمس، بالغارة الإسرائيلية على منطقة الضهرة في بلدة جون، بقايا أشلاء لجثتين، مما رفع عدد شهداء الغارة الى ما يقارب ال 25 شهيدا .
وكان شارك عناصر الدفاع المدني - مركزي شحيم والمطلة، وبإشراف المدير الإقليمي للدفاع المدني في جبل لبنان الجنوبي حسام دحروج ومدير مركز المطلة غسان أبو ضاهر، بعمليات الأنقاذ والإغاثة، والتي مازالت مستمرة حتى صباح اليوم .
كما شاركت فرق الطوارئ والإغاثة في الجمعيات في منطقة اقليم الخروب، بعمليات نقل المصابين والشهداء الى المستشفيات، وأبرزها فرق من جمعية الوعي والمواساة الخيرية في كترمايا والجمعية الإجتماعية في شحيم وجمعية التنمية والسلام في عانوت، إضافة الى اسعافات من جمعيات أخرى بمعاونة العديد من الشباب والمتطوعين وأبناء جون وشرطة البلدية ..
