Three civilians were arrested in the southern Hasakah countryside during a joint operation by the SDF and the International Coalition.

Local sources in Hasakah province reported that SDF militias, in coordination with the International Coalition's air force, conducted a raid at dawn today in the village of al-Shamsani, south of the province. The raid resulted in the arrest of Khaled al-Sayel, Muhammad al-Sayel, and Ahmed al-Sayel, who holds German citizenship.

The sources stated that the operation was carried out amidst a heavy deployment of militia members and intensive helicopter activity. The exact reasons for the arrests remain unknown, sparking tension among residents who demanded information about the detainees' fate and guarantees for their safety.

This operation is a continuation of the SDF's practice of carrying out arbitrary arrests under the pretext of security cooperation with the International Coalition, in the absence of any legal framework to regulate these practices, which have fueled resentment among the region's inhabitants.

أفادت مصادر محلية من محافظة #الحسكة بأن ميليشيات #قسد، وبالتنسيق مع طيران التحالف الدولي، نفّذت عملية مداهمة فجر اليوم في قرية الشمساني جنوب المحافظة، أسفرت عن اعتقال كلٍّ من خالد الصايل، محمد الصايل، وأحمد الصايل الحاصل على الجنسية الألمانية.
وذكرت المصادر أن العملية نُفّذت وسط انتشار مكثّف لعناصر الميليشيا وتحليق مكثّف للطيران المروحي، فيما لم تُعرف الأسباب الدقيقة للاعتقال، ما أثار حالة من التوتر بين الأهالي الذين طالبوا بالكشف عن مصير المعتقلين وضمان سلامتهم.
وتُعدّ هذه العملية استمراراً لنهج #قسد في تنفيذ اعتقالات عشوائية بذريعة التعاون الأمني مع التحالف الدولي، في ظل غياب أيّ إطار قانوني يضبط تلك الممارسات التي تثير استياء سكان المنطقة.
