Several people were injured in an Israeli attack targeting the crossing bridge at the Matraba border crossing with Lebanon in the Homs countryside.

Iyad Alloush, director of the Matraba crossing, stated that the Israeli occupation forces launched a surprise attack targeting those arriving from Lebanese territory on the crossing bridge between Syria and Lebanon during normal operations at the crossing, resulting in injuries among civilians, mostly children.
