Israeli warplanes targeted an ambulance today as it attempted to rescue wounded people in Beit Hanoun, northern Gaza, resulting in the martyrdom of paramedic Hussein Matar, whom we know to be dedicated and respectful.

I saw him in every field, devoted to his work in service of his people. May God have mercy on you, Hussein, and accept you among the martyrs.
