Raqqa Governorate: The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights confirmed the killing of one wanted man and the arrest of another in an airborne operation carried out by the International Coalition forces in the village of al-Mastaha, near the town of Maadan in the eastern Raqqa countryside.

According to the sources, the Internal Security Forces of the Syrian Interim Government did not participate in the operation, limiting their role to protecting the perimeter of the village. The body and the detainee were transferred to US bases within areas controlled by the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF).
