Deaths and arrests during SDF raids in Dhiban

The SDF launched a large-scale raid and arrest campaign in the town of Dhiban in the eastern Deir ez-Zor countryside at dawn today, supported by airstrikes, according to local sources. The campaign resulted in raids on a number of homes in the town, most notably the home of the Sabouh al-Ali al-Sarih family. Sources reported the killing of the young man Ghanem and his son Ma'moun, whose bodies were taken to the al-Omar oil field, in addition to the arrest of the rest of the family.

The forces also raided the home of Farhan al-Salem and arrested his son Hamza, known as "Abu Madin." In a related incident, the home of Da'ar Jabr Atiya al-Khalaf (60 years old) was raided, and he was taken to an unknown location. Traces of blood were found on his bed, raising fears that he had been executed. One of his sons was also arrested during the campaign.

According to reports, the forces used explosive devices to break down doors during the raids, causing fear and panic among the residents. The town of Dhiban experiences similar security campaigns from time to time, accompanied by arrests and raids, amid ongoing tension in the eastern Deir ez-Zor countryside.

قتلى ومعتقلين خلال حملة مداهمات لقسد في بلدة ذيبان

شنّت قسد، فجر اليوم، حملة مداهمات واعتقالات واسعة في بلدة ذيبان بريف دير الزور الشرقي، بمساندة طيران، وفق ما أفادت به مصادر محلية.وأسفرت الحملة عن مداهمة عدد من المنازل في البلدة، كان أبرزها منزل عائلة صبوح العلي السريح، حيث تحدثت المصادر عن مقتل الشاب غنام وابنه مأمون، مع نقل جثتيهما إلى حقل العمر النفطي، إضافة إلى اعتقال بقية أفراد العائلة.
كما داهمت القوات منزل فرحان السالم، واعتقلت ابنه حمزة، المعروف بـ“أبو مدين”.وفي سياق متصل، تمت مداهمة منزل دعار جبر عطية الخلف (60 عاماً)، حيث جرى اقتياده إلى جهة مجهولة، وسط العثور على آثار دماء على فراشه، ما أثار مخاوف من تعرضه للتصفية، كما تم اعتقال أحد أبنائه خلال الحملة.
وبحسب المعلومات الواردة، استخدمت القوات عبوات ناسفة لخلع أبواب المنازل أثناء عمليات المداهمة، ما تسبب بحالة من الخوف والهلع في صفوف الأهالي.وتشهد بلدة ذيبان بين الحين والآخر حملات أمنية مماثلة، تترافق مع اعتقالات ومداهمات، في ظل توتر مستمر تشهده مناطق ريف دير الزور الشرقي.
