The head of the Press Editors Syndicate: The Israeli army opened fire on a group of journalists and reporters in the town of Khiam, wounding Associated Press correspondent Mohammed al-Zaatari and Sputnik correspondent Abdel Qader al-Bay. They were transferred to Marjeyoun Hospital for treatment. This incident marks the first violation of the ceasefire.
