Security Operation in Raqqa

Last night, Sunday, the SDF, in coordination with the International Coalition air force, carried out a security operation in the neighborhoods of Raqqa city. The operation targeted a location where an ISIS member was holed up, resulting in his arrest and the confiscation of weapons and military equipment in his possession.

The region is experiencing security chaos at the expense of civilian lives and reinforces the absence of national sovereignty.

نفذت عصـ ـابات قـ ـسد بالتنسيق مع طيـ ـران التحالف الدولي، عملية أمـ ـنية ليل أمس الأحد في أحياء مدينة الرقة. حيث استهـ ـدفت العمـ ـلية موقعاً يتحـ ـصن فيه أحد عنـ ـاصر تنظيـ ـم د1عش، واسفرت العملـ ـية عن اعتقـ ـاله ومصادرة أسـ ـلحة ومعدات عسـ ـكرية كانت بحوزته.
فوضـ ـى امـ ـنية تعيشها المنطقة على حساب حياة المدنيين وتكرس غياب السـ ـيادة الوطنية.
