Coalition aircraft carried out an airstrike on the home of a man named Hashem Mahyou al-Qaddour "al-Raslan," a member of the "Ahrar al-Tamanah" brigade in the Syrian city of Idlib. He later joined terrorist groups before rejoining Jund al-Aqsa and participating in fighting against the former Syrian regime in the Hama and Idlib countryside.

The bombing resulted in the death of al-Raslan and several members of his family.

He was targeted simply because he had once been associated with terrorists.
