Ultra Syria correspondent in Deir ez-Zor:

International Coalition forces, in conjunction with the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), conducted an airdrop operation after midnight last night in the town of Al-Shuhail in the eastern Deir ez-Zor countryside, resulting in the arrest of three young men from the town.

The operation began with the encirclement of the town and the execution of search and raid operations on homes, supported by Coalition drones and helicopters, amidst heavy gunfire and the use of loudspeakers, which caused panic among civilians.

Sources told Ultra Syria that the detainees are: Majed Al-Bouri, Adhab Al-Hassouni, and Ali Al-Madad, and that they were taken to an unknown location.

The operation comes after a series of armed attacks targeting military headquarters and SDF personnel in the area, which were claimed by ISIS.

These developments reflect the fragility of the security situation in SDF-controlled areas and the instability experienced by civilians. It is reported that the SDF arrested dozens of people from the Deir ez-Zor countryside during the past two days, as part of what it described as security measures to ensure the stability of the region, which is suffering from chaos.

نفّذت قوات التحالف الدولي، بمشاركة "قوات سوريا الديمقراطية" (قسد)، عملية إنزال جوي بعد منتصف ليل أمس في مدينة الشحيل بالريف الشرقي لدير الزور، أسفرت عن اعتقال ثلاثة شبان من أبناء البلدة.
بدأت العملية عبر تطويق البلدة وتنفيذ عمليات تفتيش ومداهمة للمنازل، بمؤازرة من الطيران المسيّر والمروحي التابع للتحالف، وسط إطلاق نار كثيف، واستخدام لمكبّرات الصوت، ما أثار حالة من الذعر بين المدنيين.
مصادر لـ"الترا سوريا" ذكرت أن المعتقلين هم: ماجد البوري، عذاب الحسوني، وعلي المداد، وقد جرى اقتيادهم إلى جهة مجهولة.
تأتي العملية بعد سلسلة هجمات مسلّحة استهدفت مقرات عسكرية وعناصر لـ"قسد" في المنطقة، وتبنّاها تنظيم "داعش".
تعكس هذه التطورات هشاشة الوضع الأمني في مناطق سيطرة "قسد"، وعدم الاستقرار الذي يعيشه المدنيون.
يُذكر أن "قسد" اعتقلت العشرات من أبناء ريف دير الزور خلال اليومين الماضيين، ضمن إجراءات وصفتها بالأمنية لضمان استقرار المنطقة التي تعاني من الفوضى.
