Addressed to the esteemed sheikhs of the Shammar tribe in the State of Iraq

I, #Hammad_Khashan_Al-Thabiti,
appeal to the sheikhs of the Shammar tribe in particular, and to the Shammar tribe in general.
I implore them to look upon us with the fairness and justice that God Almighty has commanded, and to spare us the injustice that has befallen us, whether intentionally or unintentionally. Some time ago, two of my brothers,
Saad Khashan Al-Farih Al-Thabiti and
Musa'id Khashan Al-Farih Al-Thabiti, were arrested in an airborne operation in the Syrian village of Rabi'ah, coordinated between Iraqi and American forces.
The reason given was malicious reports that had no basis in reality.
I appeal to you from your position, which obligates you to protect us as individuals within the tribe of which you are the sheikhs. This necessitates the duties of a sheikh towards his tribe.
We also appeal to you from Your administrative position within the Iraqi government empowers you to rescue innocent people from the depths of prison. I am prepared to obtain endorsements from all the people of the region confirming their complete innocence and their avoidance of anything that disrupts public order, spreads chaos, or violates God's and the laws of the land. Everyone knows their record is clean and their reputation is impeccable; they have no criminal record. This is common knowledge, known to all, from the Shammar tribe and neighboring tribes in the region. Our hope rests first in God, and then in you.

‏عن طريق انزال جوي تم في قرية ربيعه السوريه بالتنسيق بين القوات العراقيه والامريكيه
‏والسبب كانت تقارير كيديه لا تمت للواقع بصله
‏وانا اناشدكم من موقعكم الذي يفرض عليكم الالتزام بنا كأفراد ضمن قبيله انتم مشيختها وهذا يحتم عليكم مايترتب على الشيخ تجاه قبيلته
‏وكذلك نناشدكم من موضعكم الاداري في السلطه العراقيه وتستطيعون انقاذ ابرياء من غياهب السجن
‏وانا على استعداد جلب تزكيه لهم من جميع اهل المنطقه بأنهم بعيدين كل البعد عن مايخل بأمن الناس ونشر الفوضى وماحرمه الله وحرمته القوانيين
‏وجميع الناس تعلم ان سجلهم نظيف وسيرتهم عطره ولم تسجل لهم اي جنايه وهو امر يعلمه القاصي والداني سواء من قبيلة شمر او القبائل المجاوره في المنطقه
