"مجید وفایی" از جانبازان و یادگاران هشت سال دفاع مقدس و وکیل پایه یک دادگستری روز گذشته در حین بازکشت به منزل در یکی از خیابان‌های تهران(سهروردی) مورد اصابت ترکش ناشی از انفجار موشک رژیم صهیونیستی به همرزمان شهیدش پیوست.

طبق خبرهای دریافتی، قرار است پیکر این جانباز شهید برای تشییع و تدفین به زادگاهش شهرستان شاهرود منتقل گردد.
