"Amir Ali", four years old. It seems that this name should have been written on the back of a drawing paper that was separated from a notebook and was going to be hung on the wall of a room. But this name is now written on a tombstone: "Amir Ali Fallah": the last martyr of the imposed war of twelve days between Iran and Israel. Amir Ali and his friends died in an explosion on the outskirts of the village of "Razbashi" in Biranshahr, when they found the remains of ammunition in the village like a toy and were playing. Playing with probably the strangest object he had seen in his short life ended in death.
Our Payam newspaper wrote in a report by Setareh Hojjati: Perhaps if the imposed war of twelve days had not happened in Iran, we would not have heard of the name "Razbashi". A village in the city of "Biranshahr" in Lorestan province, small and very sparsely populated.
Just a few days ago, news was published in Iranian news agencies that recalled the name of Razbashi with great mourning. We are saddened by an event that we did not expect to happen. The Public Relations Office of the Abolfazl (AS) IRGC in Lorestan announced in a statement, “Following an explosion caused by an unexploded munition of the Zionist regime in a village in the Biranshahr district, several children were injured, and unfortunately one of them has been martyred so far.”
According to this report, the injured were immediately transferred to medical centers by rescue and medical forces and are under special care. The general condition of the children is being investigated and followed up. The Public Relations Office of the Abolfazl (AS) IRGC in Lorestan condemned this crime and announced that additional news and more details will be provided after more detailed investigations.
Political and security officials in Lorestan province do not respond to our repeated calls. The Director General of the province’s Crisis Management, the only official who answers his phone, says: This issue must be answered by the security authorities.
Warning to residents

However, the accounts of the people and the grieving residents provide details. According to what one resident told Payam Ma: “The children were playing with ammunition. Because they did not know that they were playing with such a dangerous device. All people have been asked to be careful and if they find any cargo or object that seems to be a dangerous device or ammunition, they should refrain from approaching, touching or touching that object and inform the provincial authorities about the matter.”

Five days have passed since the explosion in Razbashi. Local news pages in Biranshahr and Lorestan have published the picture of the martyred child. Another resident told Payam Ma: “After the explosion, all the children who were injured were taken to the Khoramabad Nomad Martyrs Hospital.” However, the martyred “Amir Ali Fallah”, who was a tiny four-year-old child, died. Seven other children and teenagers were also seriously injured in the explosion.”
He continues: “Razbashi is a small village. Everyone is from the same tribe and is related to each other. This area is for the Beiranvand people. “Saeed Ariyamehr”, “Arina Fallah”, “Sana Fallah”, “Hossein Aslmarz”, “Nadia Fallah”, “Mohammad Parsa Rok Rok”, “Emad Reza Fallah” are the children and teenagers who were injured in this incident.”
“Not only the Fallah family, but everyone in the entire village is in a bad state these days.” He says this and continues: “In our provinces, the wounds of the eight-year war have never healed. Do you know how many children, teenagers and young people were killed or wounded in the south and southwest of the country after the Iran-Iraq war on landmines? How many innocent people were killed by unexploded ordnance? Now the usurper Israel is taking victims from our children. As far as I know, security warnings have been issued in all areas. But children do not know weapons. They play with whatever they find and find interesting. May God grant us a good end.”
It was not the first time
After the end of the eight-year imposed war with Iraq, Iran neutralized millions of remaining mines and cleared contaminated lands. A massive cleanup operation that has not yet been announced to end.
This is not the first incident after the twelve-day war that has left a mark on the hearts of Lorestan. همین چند روز قبل خبری در خبرگزاری‌های ایران منتشر شد که نام رازباشی را با ماتمی بزرگ یادآور می‌شد. ماتمی رسیده از اتفاقی که انتظار وقوعش را نداشتیم. روابط‌عمومی سپاه حضرت ابوالفضل (ع) لرستان، در اطلاعیه‌ای اعلام کرد «در پی وقوع انفجار ناشی از مهمات عمل‌نکرده رژیم صهیونیستی در یکی از روستا‌های بخش بیرانشهر چند کودک دچار حادثه شدند که متأسفانه یکی از آنان تاکنون به شهادت رسیده است.»
براساس این گزارش، مجروحان حادثه بلافاصله توسط نیرو‌های امدادی و درمانی به مراکز پزشکی منتقل شده و تحت مراقبت ویژه قرار گرفته‌اند. حال عمومی کودکان در دست بررسی و پیگیری است. روابط‌عمومی سپاه حضرت ابوالفضل (ع) لرستان با محکومیت این جنایت، اعلام کرد اخبار تکمیلی و جزئیات بیشتر پس از بررسی‌های دقیق‌تر متعاقباً اطلاع‌رسانی خواهد شد.
مسئولان سیاسی و امنیتی استان لرستان به تماس‌های مکرر پیام‌ما پاسخی نمی‌دهند. مدیرکل مدیریت بحران استان، تنها مسئولی که تلفنش را جواب می‌دهد، می‌گوید: این موضوع باید از سوی مقامات امنیتی پاسخ داده شود.
هشدار به اهالی 
اما روایت‌های مردم و اهالی داغ‌دار، جزئیاتی را ارائه می‌دهد. براساس آنچه یکی از اهالی به «پیام‌ ما» می‌گوید: «بچه‌ها در حال بازی با مهمات بودند. چون نمی‌دانستند دارند با یک وسیله تا این حد خطرناک بازی می‌کنند. از همه مردم خواسته شده که مراقبت کنند و درصورت پیدا کردن هرگونه محموله یا شیئی که به‌نظر می‌رسد یک وسیله خطرناک یا مهمات جنگی باشد، از نزدیک شدن، دست زدن و تماس با آن شیء خودداری کنند و موضوع را به مقامات استان اطلاع دهند.»
پنج روز از انفجار رازباشی گذشته است. صفحه‌های خبری محلی در بیرانشهر و لرستان تصویر نونهال شهیدشده را منتشر کرده‌اند. یکی دیگر از اهالی نیز به «پیام ما» می‌گوید: «پس از انفجار همه کودکان که مصدوم شده بودند، به بیمارستان شهدای عشایر خرم‌آباد» منتقل شدند. اما شهید «امیرعلی فلاح» که کودک چهارساله ریزجثه‌ای بود، جان می‌دهد. هفت کودک و نوجوان دیگر هم در این انفجار آسیب جدی می‌بینند.»
او ادامه می‌دهد: «رازباشی یک روستای کوچک است. همه از یک طایفه و با هم قوم‌و‌خویش هستند. این منطقه برای قوم بیرانوند است. «سعید آریامهر»، «آرینا فلاح»، «ثنا فلاح»، «حسین اصل‌مرز»‌، «نادیا فلاح»، «محمدپارسا رُک‌رُک»، «عمادرضا فلاح» کودکان و نوجوانانی هستند که در این حادثه آسیب دیده‌اند.»
«نه‌فقط حال خانواده فلاح که حال همه، این روزها در همه دهستان خراب است.» این را می‌گوید و ادامه می‌دهد: «در استان‌های ما زخم جنگ هشت‌ساله هرگز التیام پیدا نکرد. شما می‌دانید در جنوب و جنوب‌غرب کشور، بعد از جنگ ایران و عراق، چقدر کودک و نوجوان و جوان، روی مین‌های به‌جای‌مانده، کشته یا جانباز شدند؟ چقدر مهمات عمل‌نکرده جان آدم‌های بی‌گناه را گرفت؟ حالا هم اسرائیل غاصب از کودکان ما قربانی می‌گیرد. تا جایی که می‌دانم در همه مناطق هشدارهای امنیتی صادر شده است. اما بچه‌ها تسلیحات را نمی‌شناسند. آنها با هر چیزی که پیدا کنند و برایشان جالب باشد، بازی می‌کنند. خدا عاقبت ما را به خیر کند.»
نخستین‌بار نبود
ایران پس از پایان جنگ تحمیلی هشت‌ساله با عراق، میلیون‌ها مین به‌جامانده را خنثی و اراضی آلوده را پاکسازی کرد. عملیات پاکسازی گسترده‌ای که هنوز هم پایان آن اعلام نشده است.
این نخستین حادثه بعد از جنگ دوازده‌روزه نیست که در لرستان داغ بر دل‌ها می‌گذارد. ۱۵ تیر امسال و کمتر از دو هفته بعد از اعلام آتش‌بس، سپاه لرستان اعلام کرد: «در جریان پاکسازیِ مواد منفجره به‌جامانده از تهاجم رژیم صهیونیستی در خرم‌آباد پاسداران علی بازگیر و سیدحسین موسوی به شهادت رسیدند.»در همین باره:
خبرنگار «پیام‌ ما» برای پیگیری حال مجروحان این حادثه با بیمارستان شهدای عشایر خرم‌آباد نیز تماس گرفت، اما مسئولان بیمارستان هم پاسخی ارائه نکردند.
امیرعلی حالا، به‌جای بازی در دشت‌های لرستان، زیر خروار‎‌ها خاک آرمیده است. آیا او آخرین داغ جنگ دوازده‌روزه بر پیکر ایران است یا قرار است جایی، وقتی که انتظارش را نداریم، جنگ باز هم از ایران قربانی بگیرد؟ پربیننده ترین پست همین یک ساعت اخیر
