This radiant face is Saif Abu Taha, 25 years old. He was born in the Gaza Strip and later moved to the UAE to study and work. He graduated from Ajman University and lived there for a while.

Saif returned to Gaza from the UAE about three years ago when his family opened a grain mill. His brother says, "He left everything to be with his parents."

Saif joined the staff of the Central Kitchen after the outbreak of the Israeli war of annihilation in the Gaza Strip, becoming the only Palestinian among the group.

Because of his fluency in English, Saif quickly integrated with the international team working at the organization and volunteered with them. His brother says, "He became their constant companion, driving their cars because he knew the roads of Gaza, translating for them, and helping them with everything." May God have mercy on this wonderful young martyr and grant him eternal paradise.

هذا الوجه النوراني اسمه سيف أبو طه يبلغ من العمر 25 عاماً، ولد في قطاع غزة ثم انتقل للدراسة والعمل في الإمارات، تخرج من جامعة عجمان وعاش هناك لفترة.
عاد سيف من الإمارات إلى القطاع قبل نحو ثلاثة أعوام حين افتتحت العائلة مشروع مطاحن الحبوب، يقول شقيقه: "ترك كل شيء ليكون بجانب والديه".
انضم سيف لفريق عمل المطبخ المركزي العالمي بعد اندلاع حرب الابادة الاسرائيلية في قطاع غزة ليكون الفلسطيني الوحيد بين المجموعة .
وبسبب إتقانه اللغة الإنجليزية، اندمج سيف سريعا مع الفريق الأجنبي العامل في المنظمة، وتطوع معهم. يقول شقيقه: "أصبح مرافقا لهم بشكل دائم، يقود سياراتهم لأنه يعرف طرقات غزة، ويترجم لهم ويساعدهم في كل شيء". رحم الله هذا الشهيد الشاب الرائع وإلى جنان الخلد .
