The Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) reported that four people were killed and others injured when a missile struck an industrial area in the city of Sweida.

This comes after the US-Israeli attack on Iran, which retaliated by launching missiles at various locations in Israel and several Gulf states.

SANA, citing the Sweida Governorate Media Directorate, reported that “four people were killed and several others injured when a missile struck a building in the industrial area of Sweida city,” following the announcement of a partial and temporary closure of the airspace over southern Syria.

يأتي ذلك بعد الهجوم الأمريكي الإسرائيلي على إيران التي ردت بإطلاق صواريخ على مناطق متفرقة في إسرائيل وعدد من دول الخليج.

وأفادت “سانا” نقلاً عن مديرية الإعلام في محافظة السويداء بسقوط “أربعة قتلى وعدد من الجرحى جراء سقوط صاروخ على بناء في المنطقة الصناعية داخل مدينة السويداء” بعد الإعلان عن إغلاق جزئي ومؤقت للمجال الجوي في جنوب سوريا.
