Child Injured by Israeli Fire in Beit Lahia, Northern Gaza Strip

Gaza, March 20, 2026 (WAFA) – A child was injured by Israeli occupation forces on Friday in Beit Lahia, northern Gaza Strip.

WAFA's correspondent reported that a child sustained serious injuries from Israeli gunfire in Beit Lahia and was transferred to a hospital.

The occupation continues its violations of the ceasefire that went into effect on October 11, 2020. Since then, the number of Palestinians killed has reached 677, with a total of 1,813 injuries.

The total number of Palestinians killed in the Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has reached 72,253, with 171,912 injured.

غزة 20-3-2026 وفا- أصيب طفل برصاص قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، اليوم الجمعة، في بلدة بيت لاهيا، شمال قطاع غزة.

وأفاد مراسل "وفا" بإصابة طفل بجروح خطيرة برصاص الاحتلال في بلدة بيت لاهيا، وجرى نقله إلى المستشفى.

ويواصل الاحتلال انتهاكاته لوقف إطلاق النار الذي دخل حيز التنفيذ في 11 تشرين الأول/ أكتوبر الماضي، حيث بلغ عدد الشهداء منذ ذلك الحين 677 شهيدا، وإجمالي الإصابات 1,813.

وبلغت حصيلة عدوان الاحتلال الإسرائيلي على قطاع غزة منذ السابع من تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2023، 72,253 شهيدا، و171,912 مصابا.
