Today, I arrived at the scene of the fall in Petah Tikva and subsequently held a working meeting at the Property Tax Headquarters at the Tax Authority, to ensure a quick and comprehensive response to residents whose homes were damaged.

At the scene of the fall, together with Petah Tikva Deputy Mayor Zvi Blitz, City Council member Zvika Vishingard, Ministry of Finance Director General Ilan Rom, Tax Authority Director Shai Aharonovitch, and Property Tax Director Amir Dahan, I closely monitored the implementation of the compensation procedure for those whose property was damaged by the missiles.

The response that was built includes two main stages: a first and immediate stage for accommodation in hotels and a budget for urgent expenses during the evacuation of the home, and a second stage for full compensation and restoration of the structure and property by Property Tax professionals.

I then arrived at the central Property Tax Headquarters, which coordinates all the scenes in the country. During the visit, I was presented with changes and improvements to the service, which were implemented following lessons learned from the "Am Kalavi" war and the Iron Swords War, in order to streamline the absorption of new inquiries and improve synchronization with hotels and local authorities.

I spoke with the managers of the wonderful teams, thanked them from the bottom of my heart, and asked them to convey this gratitude to all the property tax teams in the field at all the disaster sites in order to provide an immediate and positive response.

Every citizen in the State of Israel needs to know - the state stands behind you. I instructed all the property tax teams to act with sensitivity and record speed, without unnecessary bureaucracy. We will ensure that everyone whose home was damaged receives full compensation and rehabilitation, so that you can return to your daily routine safely and quickly. הגעתי היום לזירת הנפילה בפתח תקווה וקיימתי לאחר מכן ישיבת עבודה בחמ"ל מס רכוש ברשות המסים, כדי לוודא מתן מענה מהיר ומקיף לתושבים שביתם נפגע.

בזירת הנפילה יחד עם סגן ראש עיריית פתח תקווה צבי בליץ, חבר מועצת העיר צביקה וישינגרד, מנכ״ל משרד האוצר אילן רום, מנהל רשות המסים שי אהרונוביץ׳ ומנהל מס רכוש אמיר דהן, עמדתי מקרוב על יישום נוהל הפיצוי לנפגעי הרכוש מהטילים.

המענה שנבנה כולל שני שלבים מרכזיים: שלב ראשון ומיידי ללינה בבתי מלון ותקציב להוצאות דחופות בעת הפינוי מהבית, ושלב שני לפיצוי מלא ושיקום המבנה והרכוש על ידי אנשי המקצוע של מס רכוש.

בהמשך הגעתי לחמ"ל המרכזי של מס רכוש, המרכז את כלל הזירות בארץ. במהלך הביקור הוצגו בפניי שינויים ושיפורים בשירות, שהוטמעו בעקבות הפקת לקחים ממלחמת ״עם כלביא״ ומלחמת חרבות ברזל, במטרה לייעל את קליטת הפניות החדשות ולשפר את הסנכרון מול בתי המלון והרשויות המקומיות.

שוחחתי עם מנהלי הצוותים המופלאים, מסרתי להם תודה מעומק לב וביקשתי שיעבירו את התודה הזו לכל הצוותים של מס רכוש שנמצאים בשטח בכל מוקדי הנפילות על מנת לתת מענה מיידי ומיטיבי.
