The Islamic Message Scouts Association mourns the martyr Fadl Ali Sarhan, born in Mayfadoun on February 27, 1983. He was martyred while performing his humanitarian duty during the aggression against the town of Mayfadoun on April 15, 2026.

To God we belong, and to Him we shall return.

بِسْمِ اللَّـهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
{مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ رِجَالٌ صَدَقُوا مَا عَاهَدُوا اللَّهَ عَلَيْهِ فَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ قَضَى نَحْبَهُ وَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ يَنْتَظِرُ وَمَا بَدَّلُوا تَبْدِيلاً}-
صَدَقَ الله العَليّ العَظِيم.
