The ambulance team from the Al-Risala Health Ambulance Association's Nabatieh al-Fouqa volunteer center moved to the site of the airstrike in the town of Mayfadoun.

Upon the team's arrival, the ambulance crews were targeted, resulting in injuries among the paramedics from the Al-Risala Association and the Health Authority. After the teams withdrew, ambulance crews from Nabatieh went to evacuate the injured paramedics. They were also targeted, resulting in the death of one Nabatieh ambulance crew member.

Other organizations worked to transport the injured to hospitals.

تحرك فريق الإسعاف التابع لجمعية الرسالة للاسعاف الصحي مركز النبطية الفوقا التطوعي إلى مكان الغارة في بلدة ميفدون
و عند وصول الفريق إلى مكان الغارة تم استهدافه فرق الإسعاف ما أدى إلى وقوع اصابات في صفوف المسعفين التابعين لجمعية الرسالة و الهيئة الصحية
و بعد انسحاب الفرق توجهت فرق من إسعاف النبطية لاخلاء المسعفين المصابين
و تم استهدافهم ما أدى الى ارتقاء شهيد من اسعاف النبطية.
و عملت جمعيات اخرى على نقل الاصابات الى المستشفيات.
