#Al-Husayniyah mourns its martyred son, paramedic #Yazan_Nawras_Saeed

With hearts filled with sorrow and grief, we mourn the loss of Yazan Nawras Saeed, a martyred paramedic from Al-Husayniyah, originally from the village of Al-Khasas and a Palestinian refugee from Syria. He was martyred yesterday in an Israeli airstrike that targeted ambulance crews in the town of Deir Qanoun Al-Nahr in southern Lebanon, while performing his noble humanitarian duty.

Yazan departed carrying the message of mercy and rescue, steadfast in the field of humanity until his last breath. He was an example of courage, sacrifice, and selflessness.

Rest in peace, son of Al-Husayniyah, for you have ascended as a martyr of duty and humanity. Your good name, your smile, and your character will forever be etched in the hearts of all who knew you.

We ask God to shower the martyr with His boundless mercy, to grant him a place in Paradise with the prophets, the righteous, and the martyrs, and to grant his family, loved ones, and friends patience and solace. To God we belong and to Him we shall return.

Condolences will be received at the Husseiniya in front of Uncle Abu Jamil's house in the village of Khasas. The burial will be tomorrow in Lebanon.

بقلوب يعتصرها الحزن والأسى، ننعى ابن بلدة الحسينية الشهيد المسعف يزن نورس سعيد ابن قرية الخصاص ومن فلسطينيي سوريا، الذي ارتقى امس إثر الغارة الإسرائيلية التي استهدفت طواقم الإسعاف في بلدة دير قانون النهر جنوبي لبنان، أثناء قيامه بواجبه الإنساني النبيل.
رحل يزن وهو يحمل رسالة الرحمة والإنقاذ، ثابتًا في ميدان الإنسانية حتى آخر لحظة من عمره، فكان مثالًا للشجاعة والتضحية والعطاء.
نم قرير العين يا ابن الحسينية، فقد ارتقيت شهيد الواجب والإنسانية، وستبقى سيرتك الطيبة وابتسامتك وأخلاقك محفورة في قلوب كل من عرفك.
نسأل الله أن يتغمّد الشهيد بواسع رحمته، وأن يسكنه فسيح جناته مع الأنبياء والصديقين والشهداء، وأن يلهم أهله وذويه ومحبيه الصبر والسلوان.
