A US drone reportedly struck a moving car in Shabwa province overnight, killing six alleged AQAP fighters.

The strike killed six men travelling in a car in al Rawda city, Shabwa according to various news outlets.

A press release from Centcom published on June 3 listed nine US “counter-terrorism strikes” in Yemen. The release corroborated the preceding reports, saying: “A strike Feb. 3 in Shabwah Governorate in central Yemen, which killed 6 al-Qa’ida operatives.”
