Five alleged al Qaeda operatives were reportedly killed by a US drone strike in the Radaa area of Bayda province when a vehicle they were travelling in was hit. There are currently no known reports of civilian harm.

According to AP, “the car targeted in the Wednesday attack appeared to be headed to the province of Marib.”

US Central Command told the Bureau of Investigative Journalism that it could not confirm it carried out this strike.

There are no other details at this time.
