An attack destroyed a car in an explosion that was heard 15 miles away. Mir Ali resident Akhtar Rasool told Reuters: ‘The vehicles is in flames and we can see smoke rising from the scene.’ Five people died including Islamic Jihad Union leader Najmiddin Kamolitdinovic Jalolov, aka Yahyo.
