In the second of three linked strikes (see Ob188 and Ob190), an alleged US drone struck a motorcycle in Doga Mada Khel, north Waziristan, and killed up to three people, possibly including civilians, possibly including possibly a “foreigner,” local and international media reported.

In the second strike, reports agreed that at least two and up to three people were killed, including the rider of the motorbike.

However, it was not clear whether they were militants or civilians, as several sources merely described the fatalities as “people” and not specified as militants.

The strike occurred just three hours after the first strike in Doga Mada Khel (Ob188).
