Up to six people were killed when their moving car was destroyed on the road between Miranshah and Spalga, local and international media reported, who all blamed a US drone.

Reports said that at least four and as many as six were killed from the strike. According to the Bureau of Investigative Journalism, the strike killed locals.

However, it is unclear whether civilians were among the killed, as a few sources, unlike the other reports, did not describe the killed as militants, but merely as “people,” thus suggesting civilians among the fatalities.
