There were reports of a further strike in South Waziristan on Maulvi Nazir’s forces, which killed up to seven alleged militants. Some sources claimed the attack was not by drones but by ‘NATO helicopters.’ Three of those killed were named as Hazrat Ali, Sher Ali and Amir Hamza – possibly ‘low level Taliban commanders.’ No civilians were reported killed or injured.
