Identified munitions

The Open Source Munitions Portal is a tool for researchers, journalists and practitioners trying to learn more about munitions and their use and impact in conflicts. It was devised and created by Airwars and the Armament Research Services, and covers multiple conflict zones and munition types.

This page reflects all Airwars incidents in Gaza where related images of munitions have been classified by the specialist OSMP team. This includes incidents monitored by Airwars in the May 2021 war, as well as the campaign since October 2023. This is an evolving process, with new images published each month and with new incidents released by Airwars as the project progresses.

The full munitions portal can be accessed here.
