In March 2025 the UN released a major report accusing Israel of ‘genocidal acts’ based on its systematic destruction of sexual and reproductive healthcare facilities, alongside a broad range of violations against Palestinian women, men, girls and boys.

The report titled “‘More than a human can bear’: Israel’s systematic use of sexual, reproductive and other forms of gender-based violence since 7 October 2023”, was submitted by the Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, and Israel to the Human Rights Council as a conference room paper.

Airwars’ “Pattern of Harm Analysis” for the period of October 2023 was cited multiple times throughout the report as evidence for systematic attacks on women and children.
