Airwars' director Emily Tripp and director of programmes Joe Dyke were interviewed for a major hour-long investigative documentary for the Japanese national media NHK.

The interview involved them talking through all stages of an Airwars research and assessment process, as well as how the Open Source Munitions Portal identifies munition remnants.

The documentary details a particular strike documented by Airwars, involving an attack on a school in Gaza in which at least 71 civilians and six militants were killed, according to Airwars' documentation.
