Airwars Assessment
Around midday on February 28, 2026, one person was reportedly injured in the Jezreel Valley area of northern Israel. Airwars was unable to determine the identity of the individual.
According to Al Jazeera, quoting Israeli Army Radio, “one person lightly injured in the Jezreel Valley area of northern Israel.”
Earlier in the day, at 10:47 AM, a Facebook account representing the Emek Jezreel Regional Council announced that “An alert has been activated in some of the council’s communities due to rocket and missile firing.” It went on to warn residents to proceed to a protected area should an alert in their neighbourhood be activated.
In the days that followed, sources representing Hezbollah and the Iranian military noted that the Ramat David military base is in the Jezreel Valley.
Airwars was only able to collect one report of harm, though it circulated across sites like ELNASHRA and AJABreaking. The report referred to harm – an injury – in the Jezreel Valley on February 28.
The report did not name a belligerent. As a result, the strike status has been recorded as “contested” and civilian harm status as “fair”. Additionally, three belligerents have been marked – the Iranian military, Israeli military, and Hezbollah Forces – as all three are known to have launched strikes on and from the area. This will be updated should additional information become available.
