Step Agency reported that “Russian warplanes targeted the vicinity of the Turkish observation point in the town of Termaneen, north of Idlib, with vacuum rockets, killing three civilians and wounding four others, in addition to setting fires in residential buildings.”

The Local Syrian Coordination Committees of Syria reported that Amjad Abdul Rahman Beiruti and Tariq Khaled Al-Jumu’a were killed in the airstrikes. They stated that a third killed victim remained unnamed. They also identified four injured men.

@ufuk_sy reported eight injured, whereas the Syrian Civil Defence spoke of nine wounded civilians. The SCD also reported airstrikes.

All sources blamed Russia forces for the airstrike.

SMART Agency reported from a military source that the Russian airstrikes were equipped with internationally prohibited weapons. “In the aerial bombardment on the village of Termanin by Russian warplanes, the ammunition that targeted the village is rockets and “napalm” incendiary bombs, which are considered internationally prohibited weapons.”
