Alleged Russian and/or Syrian regime warplanes struck the eastern town of Ma’saran, Idlib, reportedly wounding several civilians, local media reported.

Step News Agency reported how multiple Idlib towns were subject to “several air raids with rockets and explosive barrels targeting” on February 10th, including Ma’saran.

Meanwhile, Syria_Omar and Masar Press Net, who both posted the same report, described how “Al-Assad helicopter gunships” had targeted the town with explosive barrels.

However,  only Sham News Network who reported about injury of civilians following the strikes.

It was unclear among the reports who were to blame, as sources pointed to either Russia or Assad. Sham News Network pointed to both “Russian and Asiad military aircraft.”

In this major event, described by many as “massacre”, alleged Russian airstrikes in Haas, Idlib, killed between five and 17 civilians, including children and women as well wounding up to dozens, local media reported.

Enab Baladi reported that the shelling in Haas was a part of a larger Russian offensive in the Idlib province, and its correspondent reported wide-spanning civilian harm as a consequence.

Local activists told the Syrian News Network that warplanes struck Hass with more than eight missiles in a row, hitting several neighbourhoods within the town.

In this widely-reported event, sources reported a death toll of at least five civilians, as reported by AJA_Breaking, and as many as 17, as reported by Smart News Agency. Most sources said that there had been between 12 and 15 fatalities, hereof including women and children.

Locals on the ground told Smart News Agency that the warplanes, that had launched high-explosive rockets in the residential neighbourhoods, killed 12 civilians, including two children and five women.

Meanwhile, the Syrian Network for Human Rights reported 13 fatalities, hereof three children and seven women.

The number of wounded spanned from 15 to as many as “dozens” and 25 as reported by Hadi Abdullah and Syria Civil Defense.

All sources unanimously pointed to Russia as responsible.

Up to three civilians, including one child and one woman, were killed and another three children were wounded as Russian or Assad-waged warplanes carried out airstrikes in Kafr Sajneh, Idlib, local media reported.

The raids were reportedly launched in the centre of the village, and according to locals on the ground, cited by Smart News Agency, they killed a pregnant woman and a man and wounded three children.

Other sources, including Edlib Media Center, said that a woman and a child were killed. Anas Tracy tweeted, as the only one, that the strikes killed three civilians.

Like Smart News Agency, several sources mentioned that three children were left wounded.

While most sources, including Edlib Media Center and Masar Press Net, pointed to Russian culpability, the incident remains contested as al-Jisa blamed regime warplanes.

Alleged Russian airstrikes killed up to eight civilians, including children and women, and wounded up to 40, including children, local media reported, after the town of Mishmishan, Idlib, was struck.

Ebaa News cited locals on the ground who told them how alleged Russian warplanes had “hovered around the area and then returned and carried out four violent raids, targeting both the health centre and the school in the vicinity of the town.”

Several sources reported that the raids had destroyed the local health centre and a school. An employee at the health centre told Ebaa News that “Russian raids deliberately targeted health centre, because of the services provided by the Center.”

Enab Baladi News said that among the eight fatalities were four children and two women. Meanwhile, the Syrian Network for Human Rights (SN4HR) who put the death toll at “at least five”, said that one child and one woman were among these.

The number of wounded spanned from around 12 to as many as 40. Ebba News, who reported about at least 12 wounded said that six of them were children. Enab Baladi reported as many as 40 wounded, which included a full team of volunteers, which according to Step News Agency entailed staff of the clinic and the auditors, including children.

Also, the Syria Civil Defence said that among the wounded was at least four civil defence volunteers.

All sources, who identified a culprit, pointed to Russia.

In this poorly reported incident, some sources mentioned one fatality along with two wounded. As the only one, Local Coordination Committees of Syria (LCCSY) put the death toll at four.

Only two of the reports identified the responsible, namely al-Araby and LCCSY, who respectively blame the Syria regime and Russia.
