One civilian was allegedly killed and other injured by a Syrian regime or Russian shelling on the Sarmada IDP camps in Idlib.

The Syrian Network for Human Rights said: “Syrian regime forces’ artillery fired shells on al Muthanna IDPs Camp, located in east of Sarmada city in the northern suburbs of Idlib governorate, killing the displaced Yaser Khaled al Shehadah al Ma’mou, and severely damaging a number of tents, on February 15, 2020.”

Step News Agency wrote: “Noureddine Mohamed, a reporter of the ‘Step News Agency’ in Idlib and its countryside, said that a civilian was killed and 3 others were wounded by the displaced people of Umm Al-Khalakhil village in the eastern Idlib countryside, due to artillery shelling by the Syrian regime forces on the Muthanna camp in the vicinity of Sarmada.”

Smart News reported the same casualty toll and said the injuries were minor.

Enab Baladi attributed the attack to Russia.

One civilian male, age unknown, was killed alongside his mother in alleged Russian or Syrian regime airstrikes on the town of Al Abzmo, Aleppo governorate, on February 17th, 2020, according to local sources. An unknown number of civilians was wounded.

Edlib Media Center reported that “a mother and her child were martyred due to the targeting of the Russian occupation air force of the town of Al Abzmo, in the western countryside of Aleppo”.

The Syrian Civil Defence in Aleppo identified the victims as the wife of Ahmed Al Eid Al Houary and Ibrahim Ahmed Al Eid Al Houary.

SMART News reported that a woman and child were killed in a missile strike by Syrian regime forces.

The Syrian Network for Human Rights also blamed the Syrian regime, and confirmed that Ibrahim Ahmed Al Eid Al Houary died alongside his mother, but did not specify whether Ibrahim was a child or adult.

@ShahbaPress reported that, in addition, several civilians were injured.

One civilian and a number of medical personnel were injured when Russian forces or Syrian regime forces allegedly targeted  Al Kinana and Al Fardous hospitals in Dar Ezza in Aleppo with airstrikes on February 17th, 2020, according to local sources.

The Syrian Network for Human Rights said that “fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian fired on al Kenanah Hospital- supported by Relief International Organization- in south of Darat Ezza city in western suburbs of Aleppo governorate, partially destroying its building and damaging its furniture and equipment, on February 17, 2020.

Bawaba Aleppo said that a guard who worked in the Fardous hospital was injured and moved to a nearby hospital. Syrian Civil Defence Aleppo said the hospitals were targeted with eight airstrikes in the morning of Monday, November 17th, 2020.

SMART News Agency also reported that the airstrikes stopped the two hospitals from providing services. The airstrikes caused partial destruction to al Kinanah hospital building and damage to the equipment and furniture, according to the Syrian Network for Human Rights.

SMART Agency accused both the Syrian regime and Russia of targeting the two hospitals, where the other sources blamed Russia, like Bawabat Aleppo, ShahbaPress, Syrian Civil Defence, Macro Media Center and the Syrian Network for Human Rights.
